Lowering blood pressure
According to the JAMA report, garlic extract(at stores sometimes called kyolic!) works the same way as HDL cholesterol, but more potently. The researchers who conducted the study stated that, in concentrations relative to man, "garlic extract was 2.5 times more effective in inhibiting plaque formation than was HDL-cholesterol."
Stay away from orals(especially anadrol, winstrol! b/c of bad blood profiles and the fact that anadrol is the most toxic out of the orals.. or at least the main bulking toxicity goes from Anadrol being the worst, D-bol, and halotestin being the best out of those three.. who wouldve thought?!?( this is from a medical site)
Take in some fish 3x a week, if you cant stand fish FISH OIL is the next best thing(fish is a better form of the healthy fats!) **broken link removed** From what i have read flax is almost useless b/c its a bunch of short chain omega oils and your body will only process like 1-5% into long chain and fish oil is already there making it 100x better. So fish, then fish oil, then some kind of fish oil pill, then flax last!)
Dyazide,Procardia XL 30mg's these are blood pressure reducing ONLY USE IF DIRECTED BY A DOCTOR DONT GO OUT AND JUST GET THEM! Basically problems can occur when you go to bed when you bp normally lowers... you can get into real trouble hear if you use them and dont know what your doing!!!!!!!!!!!
OK i dont know if i Can beat this in your head but CARDIO is the NUMBER 1 thing to help you. A stronger HEALTHIER heart is KEY.
Anitoxidants(can be found in tea!)Green tea is good stuff
DRINK TONS OF WATER, cut back on salt and carbs. This will help with your body holding onto extracellular water that can raise blood pressure. Also you can increase your potassiun(anti-hypertensive supplement) when cutting back on salts(ive read a 4:1 ratio is good.. dont ask me how to set that up )
Co Q10(CoQ10 appears to modulate blood pressure by reducing resistance to blood flow.25 Several trials have reported that supplementation with CoQ10 significantly reduced blood pressure in people with hypertension, usually after ten weeks to four or more months of treatment.26), Vit C, E and Bioflavinoids.. these are beneficial in so many ways, from being antioxidants and helping with free radicals to strengthening blood vessels etc!
Here is a blood pressure medication guide!! http://www.helioshealth.com/blood_p...tion_guide.html
HOPE THIS HELPS!
Aslo Asprin can be used to help thin blood!
