Good spy software?

Anybody have any recomendations? Any free downloads?
Would like to be able to monitor email, facebook..etc.

i think your best bet would be a keystroke logger. it's basically software that runs invisibly in the background and logs all the keys that are pressed so you can later review... are you on a mac or pc? google it. you'll find a bunch

Agreed, a keystroke logger will do the trick. Be careful downloading free ones though, many are infected with trojans. Scan anything you download before you open the file.

Reread the original post...he asked about spy ware not anti-spyware.
Bout the only thing you need is a keylogger.

You sure you want to spy? I did and I think I was better off not knowing!!

Key logger will give you at least half the info you need but I am not aware of something better. you get to see a lot of one sided coversations.

So when you are spying on say a roomate and he says i will suck yours but not swallow then you just pray he talking to a female on the other side
