Hey all, I'm new to this board but I will be logging my current cycle with some new products Granabolic is carrying. Please feel free to follow along and have fun with me.
You can call this a winter bulk cycle but really I just want to GROW. As much as possible. My game plan is to use 1cc of each Super Saiyan and Parabolan eod for a total of 12 weeks and make as much progress to my physique as I can.
Product profiles below:
Super Saiyan:
Per 1cc
75mg tren ace 75mg test prop 75mg mast prop 125mg test enan
Parabolan:
Per 1cc
105mg Tren Hex
So my cycle will be about 700 test a week, 630 tren a week, and 262.5 mast a week.
I think a serious offseason is just as hard as a contest prep or cutting phase because it is NOT enjoyable force feeding 6-8 whole food CLEAN meals a day. Nobody wants to eat that much boring foods trust me lol. But that's what I plan on doing and seeing where it takes me. Going to go at it full force and I am confident I can. Anyone can take a bunch of drugs, and most people can train hard and consistently if they really like this sport(I love being in the gym), but even the most dedicated individuals often struggle with the type of diet necessary to maximize muscle growth.
Foods that I can actually enjoy and eat lots of include chicken thighs rice beans greek yogurt bananas and liquid egg whites so that's what will be on the menu.
An example day would look like this:
-8oz greek yogurt 1 cup egg whites
-8oz chicken thighs 1 cup rice 1/2 black beans
-8oz greek yogurt 1 cup egg whites
-8oz chicken thighs 1 cup rice 1/2 black beans
-2 cup egg whites, 2 scoop whey iso, 2 bananas(post wo shake)
-8oz chicken thighs 1 cup rice 1/2 black beans
Veggies and healthy fat sources will be added in later, gonna get used to shoveling the food down first. Those would include any greens and for fats- Mac nut oil, almonds, and avocados. Will made adjustments based on the mirror as time goes on.
If I do this day in and day out without straying from the plan I believe I can get pretty freaking big. I do not have a set time frame but I will continue until my goal is reached. But you guys have me at least for this 12 week cycle
Most recent pic I have is when I was at the Olympia in Vegas a few weeks back. I'm 5'6 barefoot and 200 pounds. Don't expect many weight updates because I'm a go by the mirror type of guy.
Let's get it.
