I just finished reading this and it's excellent. VERY thorough descriptions of how to squat, deadlift, press, etc. correctly, with great photos too. Just the squat section alone is 57 pages, and it's not fluff at all.
Even if you've been lifting for years, this book will teach you (and remind) you a lot. Highly, highly recommended.
