This. MPMD is by far one of the top guys on youtube in this space. A guy named Vigorous Steve puts out some solid, practical content too.

Agreed. It's sad, because in this industry, there really are primarily two types of people on youtube and social media: Educators and "entertainers."
Guys like derek from mpmd, vigorous steve, john meadows, Dante, joe bennett, jordan peters, etc... are more educators (although their stuff is still very entertaining because it's so insightful).

Then there are guys (and girls) who are more "entertainers," guys like doucette, bradley martyn, kennyko, kali muscle, matt does fitness, etc... who you're really not gonna learn a hell of a lot of practical info that you can apply to your own training, diet, supps, etc...

It's sad that the majority of the entertainers have significantly more subscribers/followers than the educators, the guys actually putting out quality info, but that's just the way it goes these days. When it really comes down to it, the vast majority of people would rather be entertained than actually learn and improve...

Check out “more plates more dates” on YouTube.He has a lot of great information.

derek and greg are my go-to guys. steve shaw is ok some.
