I heard a couple guys talking about this guy and his videos and wealth of knowledge he has available on YouTube. I decided to look him up and couldn’t watch for more than about a minute and have no idea what he said , it’s like listening to Gilbert Godfree on steroids..

He’s supposedly an IFBB pro and trains a lot of competitors so maybe he has some useful knowledge , just not sure if it’s worth hearing him speak

Yeah I kinda liked a few of his contest diet and cycle videos.....but I agree he can be kinda annoying now in his newer videos.

He used to put out some good info. Dug his old videos. But he's gotten to be too much of a media hype guy.
Too many spats between other online guys....turns into an episode of the Kardashians. Just tell me good relevant info and that's it. I'm not interested in internet beef.

He loves his chubby girlfriend, his bald cat-dogs and his pig.

I like some of his videos, some are dumb. He’s fun to watch roast other Instagram fitness celebs...he tears them apart with accurate knowledge

every time i click on a vid and my wife is in the room she's goes, "aww, this fucking guy again?" followed by "why's he always yelling?". That being said, i like him and think he almost always has good information regarding diet, training, and supplementation. No BS. No fluff which i appreciate. What i don't care for the is the critiques of the Insta celeb diets and training regimens but i understand he's doing that to generate attention and traffic. I get the sense that he'd that he'd rather not be doing those types of vids but needs to attract followers. Let's face it, there's isn't much new to discuss when it comes to training, diet, and supps that hasn't been covered at some point or another.

His voice was very off putting, later on I discovered he's deaf so it made sense.

Aside from John Meadows, most of fitness youtube channels are filled with drama and stupid childish beefs. Not worth following if you value your time.

LOL! I have never watched him but just checked him out in this video, and wow you are right on! Annoying to listen to him speak, but I agree 100% with what he says here in this video. Sounds like it might be worthwhile to listen to what he says, but I wish his manner of delivery was different! Sounds like a smart guy to me.

He thinks he knows a lot more than he does. He couldn't make it doing in person coaching so he went to YouTube. Is he annoying yes, has he ran out of content yes. Did he get destroyed in his debate with an actual scientist yes.

His channel used to be good. Now all he does is pick a random fitness youtube personality and dissect and criticize every thing they do. He's just annoying to me now.
Exactly. I used to find him quite funny but now it's more and more put on. I know most do the same but he is solely about views now. He even done a video on that idiot rapper the other day because he was the talk of the week and it was guaranteed to get views.

I do watch him and all his "extra spit in his mouth rants" in all their glory. Last I watched him was when him and Brandon Harding were beefing when they parted ways

I used to not be able to stand the guy but recently he’s grown on me. Yes he can be very annoying but you have to realize what you’re getting with Coach Greg. He’s not an idiot. Dude loves his bike. I follow him again. I might watch him once every two weeks. Does that count?

If you can get past the character he has some great info and everything is very spot on as far as training and diet. Him and Meadows have respect for each other. Look up his French toast recipe. He also understands the science of everything and the studies enough to actually know what’s applicable and what’s not unlike some. I don’t really watch his videos that involve anything but diet and training but I understand why he does them. However the back and forth he did with Mike Isratel(?) was interesting and hilarious

Dude does like 2 videos a day most of the time. He's just gotta be brainstorming content 24/7. But...when you're all hopped up like Greg, it's probably second nature. My wife can't stand him either.
