Allulose for the attenuation of postprandial blood glucose levels in healthy humans: A systematic review and meta-analysis
D-Allulose is a rare sugar that exists in nature. It is a food ingredient with nearly zero calories (<0.4 kcal/g) and has many physiological functionalities such as attenuation of postprandial blood glucose levels, attenuation of postprandial ...

It’s a nonnutritive sweetener but I never hear of it being used or recommend.
It’s has some very unique potential.
I’m helping a guy diet right now and who was starving and really struggling. I had him start using allulose and he said it was a complete game changer.
I’ve also had people cycle between allulose/ berberine and ozempic with great success.
There still needs to be more data but in real world use it works pretty damn well.
I usually get people to take 5 grams about 30 minutes before every other meal.
