Ok here it is
119 tops! haha jokn
LOL Thanks, that really boost my ego! I better say before I totally lose my self esteem.
I'm 155-160. I can get a little heavier but not much. maybe 175-180 max.
I'm a total light weight. But I never let that stop me from lifting.
When I started lifting 20 years agoI was 110lbs soak and wet. I went to this old wrestlers gym in N.C. It was Ricky Steamboats gym if anyone remembers him. Guys like Rick Flair and Dusty Roads would come in.
It was total hardcore! There was this little tiny room with machines that I don't even think actually worked. And a real big room with all free weights, squat racks, medicine balls, and all kinds of old school stuff.
All these guys would see me come in and they all would help me and show me stuff. Everyone was really cool to me. I guess they felt sorry for me because I was 150lbs lighter than the smallest person in there.
It was cool because everyone was loud and you could grunt as loud as you wanted. I think it was even required that you grunt loud.
I learned alot and never gave up.
Even though I would always be small I could still develop muscle and be strong for my size.
I have never met anyone close to my size that has the leg power that I do.
I can squat all day long, and sometimes I do.
I'm not real powerful at benching because I have torn both rotary cuffs. Both times it was suggested I have surgery but I chose not to. I found other ways to develop my chest and just keep going.
I just started competing this year at age 41. The pic posted here is from my first show in June. I placed 2nd in over 40 lightweight.
I love bodybuilding and I can't imagine not doing it.
Thanks for all the encouragement!
