I have always been a big guy. I tried bodybuilding couple years ago found out it wasnt for me. I'm 6 feet 5 300 pounds right now and got to drop some weight. The last time i tried to do a show i went from 297 to 217 at weigh in. I had lost everything really as far as muscle. I looked better like 3 days later around 235. Here is a pic of me when i was down to 265 and still couldn't really see abs . It took me getting down to 235 before abs came in. I obviously dont have good genetics but would just like some advice for me to get around 250 and about 10 percent bodyfat while keeping some muscle and at lest a 4 pack.
