guys please critique my template

I looking for feedback on my template, I want to know if my frequency and volume is in line with what most of you use.

Tues; raw bench (index on ring) 3sets working up to a 3 rep max
2 board (pinky on ring) 3sets working up to a 3 rep max
3 board (pinky) 3 sets 3rm
declines (pinky) 3 sets 5rm
plate raise 45 lb plate 5 sets 10 reps

thurs; deadlifts from floor 3sets 3rm
pin pulls 3sets 3rm
back, traps and bicep work

sat; shirt bench (index on ring) 4-5 sets 1-3 rep max
4 board (pinky) 3 sets 3 reps max
5 board (pinky) 3 sets 3 rep max
lockouts 3 sets 3 rep max
shoulder and tricep work

mon; box squats
leg presses
ghr

do you guys cycle your reps from week to week?
Am i doing to much or to little?
all advice is welcome and appreciated.
 
ure deadlifitng every week???
also, on raw day id do 3-4 brds not 2-3
just my opinion as im good off the chest

I agree, training the deadlift like you are is eventually going to give you a shot out CNS. Nothing stresses it more. Deads off of the floor are enough, let alone partials to do it.

I would do some kind of good morning or other lower back exercise that will improve where your deadlift is weak. And, then, DL only every 3rd or 4th week.

thanks for the advice, but does everything else look ok to you guys? I try to follow the mm bench program but this really seems to be alot of volume. Does anyone here use the mm bench template, and if so don't you get burned out after a few weeks of this high volume work load? Did I read the post correctly or am I missing something?
 
I don't use MM, but many do and successfully. There is a guy on my board who is using it effectively and he says he's adapted to the higher volume. My joints ache just thinking about it.
