I follow a very strict Mass supplementition regimen. I am totally affraid of gyno. I would like for you to take a look at my Mass supplementation stack and tell me if any of you or anybody you know have gotton gyno while Mass supplementing the right way.
I am currently running 500mgs per week of sust. w/ 105mgs of oral deca-dura.
I am also taking 20mgs of nolvadex in the morning plus another and another reliable over the counter anti estrogen before and after my workouts.
I eat a mass gainer year round with a good anabolic profile. I keep my caloric intake to about 2500-2700 cal per day. I make sur that I take in at least 180Gs of protien per day. I also ad a cratine based biovolumiser once per day.
I work out on a split routine now for 7 1/2 years. The last 2 1/2 of those years with olympic weights. I do a 12 set 12reps per set per body part. I do at least 20-30 min of arobics per workout.
My question is Has anybody that has done everything by the book like this ever came down with some Gyno?
