gyno issues..aromasin,prami. switch to or add letro?

can one run letro and aromasin together? if not what is the proper protocol to switch from aromasin to letro?

i was taking 750 test e and 200 deca when i got the flare up. i have stopped the deca (about 3 weeks ago and reduced test to 500). it seems to be getting better. the soreness has gone down. i still feel the tissue under the nipple and the puffiness comes and goes. (seems to be gone in am but gets puffy again in pm).

i understand aromasin will not do anything for existing estrogen. will the letro help??

im not sure if its just me but i swear through the night and in the morning the pain is completly gone and the puffiness is not noticable.
im dosing 25mg aromasin in the a.m. and 1.3 prami at night before bed.
what is the half life of prami?
