nice set! just watch locking those knees. a guy at my old gym blew his knee out that way doing hacks. that and you sure don't want to pass out with that much weight.

his form is awesome. but there were a few times that it looked like he locked his knees at the top. i know a guy that hurt himself on hacksquats doing the same thing, locking his knees. if he wasn't, my bad. i just don't want to see anyone get hurt.
Yeah i have a tendency to lock my knees.. Good thing i have no knee issues.. I probably due it cause at a full lock.. You actually take the stress of the weight off your quads.. I mentally know this.. But still do it.. So when i lockout i try to flex my quads tight so its not like im taking a break at the top..
