last year i would take 20mg halo prior to my 5-6mile runs.
just because i loved the focus .. all my lifts remained the same if not stronger.
this year, sans halo but still running, my lifts are considerably weaker.. at least my upper body.. my lower body
has actually improved.
i've re-introduced 20mg(2 x 10mg) var and strength has improved again.. not at halo levels, but still improving.
once the var is gone, i may start with daily pins of 10mg drol.
yeah i am all over the place.. i just use what i feel like.. i am just a gym and exercise junkie, who likes trying different PEDs to see how they
affect physical and mental performance.
