Hey Guys!
I have a quick question about HS machines (been training in a hole in the wall gym for several years so never had one):
I was wondering where the end of handle bars should come down to on your chest for the incline and decline?
And if anyone has any other form tips on using them to work the chest let me know. I usually keep my chest out with shoulder blades together.
