Doing good mornings made all the difference in my hams. They used to be non-existent, but now they're nice and full. Stiff legged deads works pretty good too, but the good morning work better for me. Leg curls give them a nice pump, but not much growth.

I agree and when doing good mornings go for FEEL not weight at first..take your time pushing weight...they can be really hard on your lower back...be sure to stretch before during and after while doing these.good luck
