Was 46YO. Pretty happy to say that and be in the shape Im in-when you get this old (!) and youre in real good shape you almost like to say your age, bragging rights. I know the guys who are phenoms here are way beyond me, but compared to the average idoit I look like a god physique-wise.

Best lifts (in last year or so):

600 squat - PR
600x5 rack dead lifts, consistently
405x5 smith bench
pulldown 350x6 consistently
ezcurl 170x5 consistently

5'6" 200lb @ about 7-8% bfat

Im pretty happy but always looking for improvment!
