At least the Penalties they are discussing are just in relation to pro sports.
Remember Rick Collins recommendations to the Govt board that determines legal penalties were accepted, and laws were to remain as they were. They were trying to make legal penalties and specific charges more severe. A huge win for us.

Elijah Cummings is my retarded representative. His name is constant this last year in all these 'steroids in sports' media commentaries.
