HCG and testosterone production

I am using a PCT protocol that uses HCG. I am curious, but after the exogenous test leaves your system, will the only testosterone in your body be from what the HCG signals your testes to make? Would this be a good indicator that the Leydig Cells are not desensitized?

No, HCG mimicks (is exo form of) LH. This exo LH will allow your body to practically go, oh...we have LH...why do I need to make my own? Not to mention you can still (at higher dosages) desensytize your leydig cells due to the large amount of exo LH (above naturally produced). The test in your body will be from what is naturally produced but its being produced bc the exo levels of LH you presented from the HCG. When you stop the HCG the body will not be producing at a high level its own LH...so what then will be telling your testes to produce test?

I have read that it doesn't take as long for LH production to start up as it would for testes to get back up to size without the HCG. I think HCG in my case is beneficial post cycle.

It is, but it is not to be ran throughout PCT. IMO it should be used towards the end of the cycle then into the first week of PCT followed with a normal PCT protocal with something like Nolva.

Current state of thart method for PCT protocol is to use HCG from the VERY BEGINNING of a cycle to KEEP the Leyding cells functioning right through the cycle, rather than letting the AAS load completely shut down your testes & then trying to wake them back up after a 16 week holiday.

250-500 IUs E3D is generally the preferred dosage, depending on the dosage of AAS used during the cycle.

Agreed, but another point is you don't necessarily need it at the VERY beginning of a cycle, since you're still functioning normally at that point.. It's not til the 3rd week that exogenous testosterone levels drop, so that's generally a good time to start..
