Hcg came already mixed? Or did I get jipped?

Fellas, hcg came (pic included), there is one amp that says on the label

1ml
Solvens
Pro Pregnyl
N.V Organon
Oss Holland

and another amp with clear liquid (I presume its the solution for mixing)

My only concern is that I, at least until now, thought all hcg comes as freeze dried powder.... the amp already has liquid in it.

Now this may seem dumb to some who have had this before, but I am concerned...any insight?

I wouldnt worry about it too much. It should last a while even premixed as long as it is kept at around 2-8 degrees C.

Yea... I think the source is screwing around. Ill just find some hcg elsewhere

I just asked my hormonal DR whos also a friend, and he says no pregnyl comes premixed. Once you mix it it will last up to 30 days and then will loose potency.
