headache???

Guys I'm in need of some help I've had a headache for 3 days now I've taken ibuprofen 200mg I took 4 did nothing,drank water nothing,bp is good not holding water,had a pepsi today to see if the caffeine would help but nothing it hurts to lay down it hurts to sit,stand-up any ideas???????

Could be from something you are using. Tren is known for headaches, for example. Are you sure your blood pressure is okay? I've been on hormone replacement for over eight years, and one of the first effects of it was that it raised my blood pressure. I've had headaches from that off and on.

I'd probably recommend Tylenol or aspirin. Ibuprofen never did anything for my headaches, but Tylenol works well.

no I'm clean just had my bp checked last week and the doc said it was good thanks for the help

Eng, just like Saudades said try tylenol not ibuprofen due to this is an anti-inflammatory, your headaches could be from alot of things stress from work/family, diet, maybe a lack of carbs, no sleep etc.. but after 3 days or so you might want to get it checked.

get a home BP machine,,, they are cheap and everyone really should own one,,,it can change fast on you before you know it. mine was 120/70,,,and 2 days later 210/100
