Imagine if the bodybuilders of the 90s had access to something like onlyfans. I can only imagine how many of them wouldn’t have had to do gay for pay, etc to pay for their bodybuilding lifestyle back then.

You aren’t the only one here in that boat my man. I work for the biggest tech company on the planet and I can’t even operate an air fryer.

But air fryers can be tough! I can only set the time and temp on mine and it is a hassle so i don't use it. I ran CNC's for a living so i learned to program and edit code later in life.

I've gotta say, I used to think self-coaching was a plausible option. But after a few cycles, I asked a local pro for some help. We backed off on the gear, and every speck of food and every drop of fluid that goes into my body is measured.

Here's a shot of me after 2 cycles, and a picture after working with my coach for 8 months:
