So my mom is on the kick with adding like 4 tables spoons of coconut oil to her diet now after reading all the health benifits it has , the trouble is she can't take the texture or taste of the oil alone. She calles me and say"look i know your used to eating things that taste like shit , can you help me get this down" (thanks mom)
so I rummage through my cabnet and see what I have and here is what I can up with
in a microwave safe bowl , mix 150 grams coconut oil (10 servings) and add a pinch of Stevia (bout 1/10 teaspoon) nuke for 20-30 seconds till the oil is totaly liquified , mix in 5 tablespoons unsweet Hershy's cocoa powder , it'll make a nice smooth cream , pout into a shallow aluminun foil pan 8x8 is perfect put in the freezer for 30 min.
take it out score into 10 segments and you have 10 servings of coconut oil at 15g each (1 table spoon) , theirs no carbs , its very sweet and chocolaty and you get the benifits of the cocoa also.
makes for a great sweet treat when needing to add some MTC's to your mix , easly passed the 5yr old and 12 old child test , they both loved it.
it aint no Hershy bar but it aint bad either.
