Hey guys lest assume your an idiot and you injected painful gear and have a lump, soreness, deep bruise

Do you treat it with heat or ICE after 3 days(I had to leave work early because I was unable to sit pain was so bad in quad.)

heat, no matter if there is an oil pocket or inflamation heat is the way to go. just get a towel or washrag wet an d microwave it, works well enough.

My partnere said that sleeping with a heating pad under his ass works too and that he feels the difference. he just tells his wife for his lower back thats been killing him lately

Vespa103 you've gotta dilute it and i would avoid quad or delt shots.anyone remember ip's prop/suspension 200mg?i shot a cc of that in my delt,it swole up like a softball. i couldn't train and had trouble sleeping for 10 days,then i was told it had to be diluted 3 to 1.all in all that stuff kicked as though.
