Hgh hack… just use Distilled water. It’s Only thing Iv ever used for reconstituting. It works exactly the same and a gallon at any grocery store is 3-4$.

You can get 30ml of BA cheap on Amazon. I dump that in the gallon jug and shake well. Have plenty for GH and L-Caritine
