hey guys, i am new here. have read almost every thread, this is a great board. i am 5'6 250 and have a state & collegiate national title. recently started synterol on the bi's, 7 days in following the prescribed protocol i'm up a 1/2 inch already and i even missed 2 days of injecting. amazing stuff, last weeks bi workout was awesome, the bi's were in pain but responded with a great pump. don't think i'll need to do the whole 30 day program at this point. thanks a million, arms will be well over the 20" mark soon. again, great board!
