Ok, so I have been training for two and a half years. Looking to lose fat and eventually build more mass. I'm not the hugest person but I am willing to get as big as my body will get. Just looking for a little help. There has been stress in my life and a divorce that I went through so my training kind of sucked for a least two three months earlier this year. And I moved to another state, still looking for a quality gym. My diet, well I have been sticking to steak and rice or chicken and rice but just recently cut back a little on red meat and instead of rice these days I eat a salad instead. Nothing fancy just lettuce and dressing maybe olive oil and a little salt for dressing. I eat at least 5 times a day and only drink protein shakes pre and post workout. Supp's right now is protein shake, multi, fish oil caps. I weight 215 to 218. I'm 5'5, 27yr old. I would say my bf% is probably 20% maybe a little less. I will post pic's.
While back in Chicago and Anchorage I was using DC methods of training but now returned to tradition methods( One or two bodyparts a day). People sometimes ask do I compete but honestly don't know what they see cause I don't see it. My body needs more fine tuning. I just think I am impatient but looking for advice.
