Not to knock your trainer, but he might be having you eat some crappy tasting food. And that makes it really hard to stick to the diet. I found all the good foods that still help to keep you lean and are really tasty and easy to eat.
My diet goes so good pre contest that I pretty much continue it year round and add a few extras in there, but my bodyfat doest go way up, it stays low all year long. Im in it for the long run. I have to eat things I like and get a routine going that works so I can stick to it, and thats what I do.
You have to make some changes in your diet so you can loook forward to each meal. It should not be so horrible that your gagging etc. Anyways, feel free to ask me anything and be more specific about stuff in your diet you cant stand, maybe there is an alternative i can suggest.
