Help me make a CD...

Hmmm...lets see here

Seasons in the Abyss- Slayer
Angel of Death- Slayer
Chemical Warfare- Slayer
Spirit in Black- Slayer
South of Heaven- Slayer
Jesus Saves- Slayer
Die By the Sword- Slayer
War Ensemble- Slayer
Dead Skin Mask- Slayer
Spill the Blood- Slayer

Pretty much anything off of Seasons in the Abyss is fantastic. I remember buying my first Slayer album thinking I was listening to Devil worshipers music or something. They have evolved into one of my favorite bands. My MP3 player tends to have several tracks of theirs in heavy rotation.

Rage Against the Machine
Pantera
Slaughter
Black Sabbath
Ozzy
Metallica (old stuff or the S&M album)
Killer Attack Dwarves
Sucidial Tendancies
Disturbed
Korn
Kittie
Misfits
Powerman 5000
Rob Zombie
White Zombie
Biohazard
Onyx
Fear Factory
Godsmack
Limp bizkit
Marilyn Manson
Nine Inch Nails
Prophacy
Tool
Saliva
Seether
Scars of Life
Slipknot
Type O- (some stuff only)

That's all I can find on my lap top right now.

Try using Lime Wire to download some of these, that way you can just burn the CD on your PC instead of buying/borrowing all of them.

Lime wire is free and cool as all hell, BTW.

I don't know much about BB, but music is totally part of my groove, lol.

How you guys can train listening to metal or rap? I seriously cannot see how you can find motivation in "violent" (well, agressive if you prefer) songs.
Mine, on the contrary, I find it in sweet melodies. For example, only ABBA can push me enough on a heavy squat day (especially Dancing Queen and The Winner Takes it All, my fav). Then, when it comes to leg presses, if Staying Alive from the Bee Gees isn't on air, I know the workout will be dead...
Disco disco disco, and that's all. Even Eurythmics or Talk Talk are too hard for me

Oh... and I am absolutely not kidding.

Please anyone tell me I am not alone on this one... :p

LOL, that was some funny shit right there Phidas!

But I am for real when I say that I like and listen to Metal/Hard Rock/Alternativebut that I mainly listen to techno music, usually some hard trance or hard house music.....Just my personal preference. So here goes bigByrd, I am not sure if you like dance music but here are some of my favorites:

Any of the three Blade Soundtracks (Not Dance Music)
All the Hard NRG compilations by the ministry of Sound (UK)
Every George Acosta Album

Everybody else has already mentioned stuff I listened to

Big Bird asked for agressive hardcore

Dear Phidias,

You are killing me. Typical female response... I don't think Big Bird is going to get motivated to do a 1000lb squat with ABBA blairing. Maybe the BEE GEEs could do it ( Staying Alive ).ah hahahaha:D

In addition to all the hard rock, try anything by Jonathan Peters (Lucian loves his mixes).

So BD21, what does strongmind listen to when she wants to get her pump on?:D

I listen to a lot of Atreyu stuff, Crimson, Her Face in Black, etc...

Gothic/Industrial

THE STORM

Ok dont laugh or bash me for this.

I listen to classical music while training I know it sounds crazy but I feel more intune with my body, when listening to hard rock i feel as if my form is just a bit sloppier and rushed and I cant concentrate on the muscle as well, weird thing is i can lift more when im in a concentrated stage rather then a blurr of rage, weird shit but it works, well for me at least:confused: :) .
