help me out-not feeling very good

so I have tapered down my dose to about 125mg of test a week and my bp is around high 120's to mid 130's over 80's. But for about a week and a half i have had vertigo like dizziness that comes and gos and pressure in the back of my head and neck. I really thought I strained a muscle in my neck, because thats what it has felt like. But it seems to get worse after my shot. Needless to say i'm gonna come off everything. I need advice on two things. 1st - can anyone speculate on the cause of my feeling ill. And 2nd I plan to use hcg, hmg and clomid for pct. I have been on for about 6 months now. I started with a 12 week cycle of test at 500mg and then came off and began pct, but i made the newb mistake of not having my pct meds before I started and I ended up with only a little clomid. Before I ran out of the clomid I felt completely recovered fairly quickly. In fact the clomid seemed to work almost like mild gear for me. And I know all the gear was out of my system because I switched to prop for two weeks at the end of my cycle. But two weeks into pct the clomid ran out and I crashed-HARD. So I went on some testim gel and cruised for two months and then recently tried to begin this cycle. I started with the eq and test but as yall already know the bp went up to much so I donated blood, lost the eq and brought my dosage down. Can someone help me out with a pct recommendation including the hcg and hmg and then transistioning into the clomid?

Oh by the way I think I'm just gonna train naturally from now on, I'm not a competitive bb and I think If I work hard I can still build a great physique. That is so not a knock on anyone though. I respect the amount of knowledge and care that exists on this board and I am just making a personal decision. Thanks for all the advice.

WEll, 120 over 80 isn't bad. Also at 125 mg test, that is probably just enough to keep your natural test shut down. I am no doctor but I know general dizziness and stuff like that can be ANYTHING from major health problems to absolutely nothing. I have a friend who has been fighting a similar problem for over a year. He gets so light headed and dizzy that he feels like he is having a heart atack. He finally went to the doctor who checked him out and diagnosed him with anxiety. In other words nothing phisical wrong- all in his head. He was prescribed Zoloft. So far he has had no ' episodes' so who knows if the Zoloft will work. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you are concerned about it then go see a doc.

First, yes you can build an incredible physique without gear. But for your problems the only advice i will offer is go and see your doctor asap. You need to get to the bottom of this and no one on this board would be qualified to diagnose or give advice. Please get with your doctor so you can rest easy bro!!

Of course see a doctor if you have bad symptoms. It's probably a combination of your blood pressure going down fast and thinner blood or maybe it's still thick, hard to say, but I bet it's not serious and will go away when you get back to normal. I've dealt with feeling that way before and it sucks. Does make you want to quit.

Thanks for all the responses guys, I have been feeling alright as long as dose is very low. I still could use a protocol for hcg/hmg if someone could help and then Ill follow up with clomid.

bro u should consult a chiropractor and have ur neck inspected ... dizziness and many other bullshit can come from a disc that can have moved

UPDATE

I have had the dizziness and headaches still for sometime now only not as bad. They definitely seem to vary directly with my testosterone levels. I injected .2cc test e every 5 days and it still came on by the second shot and then dissapated as it fell out of my system. This happened a few times and was way to direct to be coincidence. I thought it might be something in the gear but when it first started I was using supertest so... Now when I have been using hcg and hmg it will come on if I use enough to cause a noticeble rise in test. I have been so confused and worried about this that I finally said screw it and went into the ER today. I told them I used prohormones and instructed them to test my RBC's and kidney/liver function and whatever else. All the labs came back fine. So on TRT info sites they list dizziness and headaches as a side of test, but I dont know how to make this go away. Does this mean I can never use test again I am prepared to train naturally as I said before, but I don't want to. I tested low for testosterone back when I was 19 and the doc didnt do anything for me. This was before i used anything. I had really planned on doing hrt for myself since a few docs have refused to help me. Now Im trippin out and my thoughts are everywhere, like "what If I have bleeding in my brain or a tumor or something?" I know these thoughts are prob stupid and all I want to do is use a small amount of test and feel normal!

My only advice is if were me and taking test gave me wicked headaches I'd get off the test and stay off for indefinitely. Maybe try another compound or ester or switch to GH. If you have the money or your insurance will cover it I'd definitely get further test done like CT or MRI scans if you're that worried about it which it sounds like you are.

My wife just went to the dr today for vertigo. Dr said that an ear infection deep in the ear is going around right now, so deep people think it's in there head. Gave her meclizine; a strong anti-histamine. Hope this helps and you figure out what's going on.

are you using UG gear? sounds like your body is fighting a flu/infection, taking a shot can strain your immune system causing a mild flare up of whatever you are suffering from...the same thing happened to me before i caught the flu, after every shot for a month i had the same symptoms as you, then out of nowhere i was SICK

What type of doc should I go to in order to see if i have an infection and what type of testing I should push for?

there are a variety of causes of dizziness.
Do you or the room spin?
Do you feel faint or lightheaded?
Are you dizzy only when you walk, or related to a position change?
Are you taking any other medications?
Is the diziness continuous or progressive?
How long does the dizziness last?
Is there an associated fullness and ringing in the ears during the dizziness?
Any hearing loss?
Have you recently had an ear infection?


Lots of questions, lots of possibilities.....
the simple thought is that with this thought that you strained a muscle in your neck (possible spasm).... you likely have a cervicogenic cause.
Theoretically, joint dysfunction may produce reflex muscle spasm or alter input to the vestibular nuclei. Subluxation of the occiput, C1, C2 or even the temporomandibular joint could be causative of this diziness.

Seriously, dizziness is a complicated phenomenon that requires an intelligent doctor to successfully diagnose. CT or MRI scans aren't necessary until your ears are looked at, your cerebellar functions are tested, your blood pressure is tested for orthostatic hypotension, you're put through maneuvers considering vestibular neuritis or benign paroxysmal vertigo, etc....It could be very simple, but might not be. I'd start at getting my cervical spine checked out for proper alignment from what you've already said. Realize this though, the infinitesimally small amount of information you've given us (and who are we to give out medical information) is not enough to determine anything.

Don't freak out, just get checked out. I recommend a chiropractor first.

do you know your normal body temperature?

Mine is not 98.6
If you know yours and it's elevated it's a good indicator of an infection.
A systemic infection is generally checked by temperature.
Specific infection would be checking for possible labryinthitis as the cause of your dizziness, or an inner ear infection. An EENT specialist would determine this best, but displacement of the cone of light when viewing the tympanic membrane would indicate an infection in the ear....and this is relatively easy to do, anyone with the title doctor should be able to do it.

I do not have an elevated temp. I havent shot anything since monday and that was just hmg and today I do have the same symptoms minus the full on dizziness, so still worried about this. Violent, to answer some of your q's

I would not say the room spins, I do feel light headed when it comes on. The dizziness does not seem to be related to a position change at all, but it does feel more comfortable to sit still, obviously. I am not taking any other meds at the time other than the clomid. The dizziness seemed to come on as the day went on and almost like peak at lunch time and then maybe get a little better. I haven't really noticed any ringing in my ears or hearing loss. I will probably try to make an appointment with my doc to see if it is an ear infection, and then try the chiro.

I went to a doc (well I was only seen by a PA) but he thought that I might have meniere's disease. I do not have an ear infection. From looking up the symptoms of meniere's, I have to say it doesn't really sound like what I have been dealing with. I have heard other people on here talk about this recently, in fact I think I remembered that Toopoo's little bro was recently diagnosed with this. I am curious what he and other people here who may actually have this have to say. I think I will go see a chiro to see if they notice anything out of line in my neck and spine. I do not really think that the dizziness I've had is vertigo, it's more of just a lightheadedness and a feeling like I could faint. Thanks all.

That's what I was thinking. Test can effect blood sugar levels and low levels will make you feel weak and light headed. Could be a possibility...

Path, have you ever drank a glass of orange or grape juice during an episode to see if the dizziness goes away after a few minutes?

The dizziness has been mild since I have stopped using everything, but the ache is still there. I will try drinking a big glass of lemonade right now and see if there is any change. I will say that this occured to me and and it never really seemed to be affected by my eating schedule.
