He definitely brought his back up from last year. For a guy in his 50s seeing what he’s done in the last 5 years is pretty remarkable in my opinion. Any else really want to see him get that pro card in masters this year?

Arms are great but i agree with above
His posterior chain and legs need to improve
Especially hamstrings, seem to be a very weak point. But looking back to age 44 he’s completely transformed.
 
Looks phenomenal from the front. Definitely needs a lot of work from the rear.
Couldn’t agree more. He took second last year and the head judge said the back needed significant improvement to take the win. I think he’s pretty tall too so making the legs appear big and cosmetically appealing can be very difficult.
 
Those are some crazy arms + conditioning!

Paul's a great example of doing the boring things consistently over many off seasons and diets...aka the secret of bodybuilding
Ive been a bodybuilding fan my entire life, but im still very new to real life exposure to it. The one thing I learned early on that really stuck is his advice on diet. Clean up the diet and stay consistent and you will literally transform in a matter of weeks.
 
I think he's 50. I think he stopped squatting due to injuries so a lot of his leg development atrophied and his glutes are way down. i think most of this is age related. I would bet he knows this and is trying to work on hams and glutes.

Dorian Yates didn't squat much, there are plenty of good quad exercises in the bodybuilding arsenal.
He has long limbs so genetically he is at a sort of disadvantage, but I agree with @Shelby that he could improve the look with a little tweaking of his posing.

The best thing I ever did was stopped doing any barbell work.
Barbells are great but completely not necessary for hypertrophy.
He was able to bring his legs and glutes up better than they were in his 20s when he was using barbells.
 
In one of his podcasts he was saying how people on instagram where telling him he has no legs and he was laughing said they were 31” just look small because of his tall frame. I like his content and that he tells it like it is, seems like a pretty good dude

Dorian did a lot of Hacks according to what he's said. IDK what Paul's issues are. You're right, he is long limbed.
 
his legs are getting old and there's nothing he can do about them, they will look the same at best, but most likely they will start to get even smaller.
I talked with Dexter Jackson some years back and he said his Legs were the first thing that started fading from age.

Dorian continued doing Smith machine squats after he tore a muscle in his hip from numerous interviews i have seen.
