OK i have finaly been strict with my training and diet for the last six months prior to this i dropped all supplements because i felt i was relying on them and not enough on good training, diet, and sleep. I quit drinking and have not drank in about 3 months. I am also on TRT(200mg/3weeks) due to a pituitary issue.
I want to incorporate supplements back into my regime so just throw some good supplement ideas out there for me and let me know what you think of my current plan.
Right now this is what i am thinking:
Leucine for morning post workout and before bed
creatine, taurine, and arginine pre workout
glutamine post workout and before bed
multi in the AM
Vit C E and A post workout
ZMA, gaba, tryptophan before bed
FIsh oil 3x a day
digestive enzymes after meals
