I recently decided that I would like to do my first cycle, probably sometime in early September, but I don't really know anything about gear.
Some background info:
20 years old
6'0", 190lbs
started lifting 5 years ago for sports, 2 years ago I started lifting for BBing
definately done growing, havent grown an inch in 7 years
I've read that test is what should be run for the first cycle, but that is the extent of my knowledge. From reading other posts on this forum it seems that there are both test e and test cyp.
What are the differences between the two, and would one be better for a first cycle?
What dosage should be used and how often? (I've read about 350mg a week is good)
How long should a first cycle be? (10-12weeks?)
What else should be taken during the cycle and after for pct?
Should I do blood tests before, during, after the cycle? Should I let doctors know im on test?
