For a week or so I have been experiencing some pain in my upper right back. I thought maybe I had a small injury in my trap or subscapularis. No idea how this happened. I was able to train back/traps fairly heavy with minimal pain on Monday. Tilting my head back and/or sleeping on stomach with head turned to right seems to cause the most pain, while regular moments have little effect on the discomfort.
Today I was attempting to train chest/shoulders. I started with 65lbs dumbell presses to warm-up. I normally go over 100lbs easily for 10+ reps multiple sets, and today when I attempted to put up the 65's, I couldn't push it up with my right arm???? I am thinking WTF??
I tried some military presses on the hammer strength, the difference was not as pronounced, but I was significantly weaker with my right side. I grabbed some cables and it flet like I had twice the weight on the right side....
Any thoughts or experience wiith this
thanks all
