I am a beginner, and have been doing alot of reading as of lately. I wanted to check with you all about my upcoming cycle listed below.
Any advise/tips/ect please do not hesitate to let me know.

Looking to bulk up and would love any and all input.

Test E @ 500mg every week (week 1-12)
Dbol @ 30mg everyday, 30 min before workout for for weeks 1-4
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/20 (week 13-17)


Very amatuer cycle so i thought this would be a good place to start.

I would take the dbol atleast an hour before your workout and it wouldnt hurt to up the dosage to 40mg/day.

I would take two 10mg pills two hours before workout and two 10mg pills an hour before workout. Ive found that "building it up" works best for me to get the most out of the dbol.

I ran body research at 50 mg for a month two cycles ago and had good results.

Other than that looks solid to me.

First of all, where did this idea of taking dbol preworkout come from? What is the reason for this? I never hear of anyone taking any other drug pre-workout. Why dbol? Second of all, it is his first cycle and he would be very pleased with the test only provided his nutrition is adequate. I see no need to jump right into an oral for a first cycle, especially when the original Dianabol was prescribed at a dosage of three tablets per day (15mg!!!!!) for an individual over 200 lbs. You (Swole Texas Kid) are recommending 50mg to a first timer, who cares if you had "good results" with 50mg, did you have your liver enzymes checked? Bdizzle I think you would be WAY better off listening to the more experienced guys and going with test only for your first cycle, you don't need orals right now and your liver will thank you many years from now. This is a thread that would be right at home in the Beginner's Forum, so don't be surprised when it gets moved.

How old are you? How long have you been training? What does your diet look like? I think those are 3 important questions you need to answer for the board mods and vets to help you. :)

Training for roughly 4 years now and diet...well, not really on much of a strict diet, but i do watch what i eat...not sure if this is sufficient in helping or not

Wow. First off I never suggested him running it at 50mg a day. When I did run this amount, I drank cranberry juice by the gallon and used milk thistle as precautions.

Ive heard of spreading dbol out through the day as well. I was just simply sharing a good experience I had with dbol. I am by no means an expert, Ive only run it once.

You should rethink the use of superlatives here. If you've only used it once, then I don't think you can say what works 'best' or even 'better' because there is no reference point to compare your singular experience to.

That 50mg is somehow even better is only subtly implied in the first sentence.

The second sentence all I can say is wtf?? :confused:

My point is, maybe you should not be giving advice when you clearly have little experience in these matters. What experience you do have is very obviously based on a blatant disregard for your health. What you choose to do to your own body is your business, but please have some respect for newer more impressionable members.

What are your stats??? And from your post i would say you really need to zero in on your nutrition before you jump on a cycle. Saying you are not on a strict diet sends alarm bells off in my head. Post up your stats and a typical days eating, I bet we can get you some extra mass with just your diet, and you won't need AAS right now, especially orals!!

It really is not difficult or painful to eat the correct nutrients to support your training. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, should be to injest 1.5-2g (300-400 g. for a 200lb. person) of protein per pound of bodyweight from lean animal sources such as (lean) beef, chicken, turkey, eggs, tuna, nuts, etc. Your next priority should be essential fatty acid (omega 3, 6, and 9) sources like fish/flax oil, olive/evening primrose oil, etc.
Eat carbs only with meals that contain little to no fat as this will prevent gaining excess bodyfat. Choose from low-glycemic or 'slow burning' carbs such as brown rice, yams, quinoa, barley, whole wheat flour/bread/pasta, and so on. Spread your meals out evenly through the day so that you are eating every 3-4 hours. Consume between 16-20 cals per pound of bodyweight daily depending on body type/metabolism. (between 3200-4000 cals. per day for a 200 lb. person) If you apply these basic principles to your eating habits, you will see major improvements in your physique in the months to come. If you have any other questions keep them coming. :)

post 4 in that thread has a link to pulsing, which, in part, says to take 1/2 dose before workout and 1/2 after.

I do agree with most of what you say otherwise. IMO it is near impossible to give any AAS advice or guidance without stats, and I have yet to see those from the originator of this thread.

this is solid advice and well put. diet really is key.

This is what I would suggest for now. Seeing as how this is your very first cycle and you really dont know how your body is gonna respond to it. You can always add the orals "later on" after your 3rd cycle. Way to many people give DBOL like some miracle pill that will add tons of mass or muscle. While there have been many others that have never touched a oral and look fantastic. So my words of wisdom to you is "just wait". I'm sure once you see the good results from this you will be back for more cycles and at "that time" you can toss some orals in if you feel you are not getting enough out of the Test E. Good Luck bro

So for now a few quick questions:

1. as product has already been ordered/recieved, what is the shelf life of TEST E and DBOL without being opened?

2. As my diet is not as strict as it should be...who here can help put together some sort of routine to best benifit me?

As i said before, i am 27, 6'2", 230, training for 4 years (weight loss of over 40 pounds) with a less than average dieting plan. I am not quite sure what my b/f is.

Guidance please!?

three years min, store in a cool dry dark place

There are MANY threads on eating cleanly and what to eat, so read up. Fitday will at least let you know where you are right now on your current diet.

First off, I must say; It's really cool to see someone take what I consider very sound, solid advice for once. Some of these newb's really do have some gray matter :)

1. Look at the exp. date on the vials/bottles and if left sealed, at room temp and out of direct sunlight, you can add a good year onto each PROVIDED they are REAL Pharm Grade AAS! If not, the date on the labels is usually the only approx guideline!

2. Just look a few posts up and you will find some good advice on diet/nutrition. After that, do a search on here for diet, nutrition etc and you will find TONS of material!

I just looked at your stats and you have the exact same stats as I do! The first time I experimented with AAS I was 26 but had been training for the past 6 years and was VERY athletic throughout middle and High school! I'd like to know what your Body Fat is at 230 lbs. I was also around 220 when I first considered AAS and I couldn't seem to get above 225 without adding too much BF. I was 215-225 lbs for almost 2 years and I realized my maximum Natural genetic potential had been met! You are at a very solid weight right now and I will guarantee you, that with a sound diet and good training regimen, you can and will make dramatic physical changes. Then, when you DO throw some AAS into the mix, WATCH OUT!
