help with injection date

i have done my first injection Thursday the 22nd and was planning on doing 500mg of test a week

i have 250mg vials and would like to tone it down to 400 mg a week
since im horrible at math when should my next injection be?
i was planning on doing it tomorrow but would that even out to 400mg?

Do not confuse yourself. They only way you can do less mg is to use less gear. 1 ml is 250 mg. So 2 of those every 7 days. Just keep it at 500mg/wk.
