For the last 2.5-3 months i have been on a 5 on 1 off split. About 12-14work sets for each muscle per week. I was thinking about going 4 on 1 off and hitting everything closer to twice per week, but cutting the workload in half for each muscle group per workout, so id only do 6-7 work sets per workout, twice a week so it totals up to be about the same. Does this sound like something that may work, since i have been doing everything once a week until now? And if so, should I cut the workload down in half or so, or should i keep it high and still hit it twice a week? Thanks for your help
