20 yrs old. 5'3. 130lbs. working on leaning up and building muscle.
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, mixed with 1 pack of flavored sugar free oatmeal.
1 scoop true mass mixed in water.
Meal 2: 4-6 oz turkey, 8 egg whites.
Meal 3: 4-6 oz chicken, 1 cup spinach, steamed veggies.
Meal 4: 1 scoop true mass mixed in water. banana. handful of almonds (pre-workout)
Meal 5: 4-6 oz chicken, 1 cup spinach.
Meal 6- 4-6 oz turkey, 1/2 cup purple hull peas, 1/2 cup green beans.
1 scoop true mass and water before bed.
sometimes i eat tuna as well.
will be adding more once i start my var, nolva, and eca 1st of feb.
