this is me and my fiance at the tournament of champions. My buddy joey took third in the lt hvy's. i felt he should have been first! Check out muscular development and see for yourself! this is me at 288! i start to diet in Feb. can't wait!!

Yeah i Compete. just started getting into the NPC shows! have done 2 so far! i just did not nail my diet in either of them! i have come to relize its not about size its really about shape and conditioning! im a little over 5'9.

the last time i really brought my game was when i won my natty pro card like 4 years ago. so iv really just been working on the size thing while trying to stay in somewhat good condition. i just cant wait to compete because i really did not diet well my last 2 shows. time to prove it to myself!!!

Yeah he looked really good! the tatts could have hurt him?? but in the end he still look great! when did we meet? i really dont attend the shows to much and i was introduced to a lot of people that night!

I believe the tats hurt his back shot a little, but that is my opinion. I was the tall skinny, old guy hanging out with Big D.

Like i said b4 i have come to find out its not always about size...its about shape and condition. its wierd when i walk up to pro that i have looked up to and then i see im just as big as them. so then it really hits hard when yes u need to be a big guy but more important have good shape and come in with great condition! when u always worry about size u come in fat and never really show ur great shape! so this year its all about getting to that next level of condition! look at shawn ray weighing 208 on stage a beating everyone! and we all know he should have been mr. O at least once!

somethin a lot of people do is try to hold on to size that isnt "good size". I think everyone has been there at one time or another. Lookin thick bro!

Thanks Phil! that means a lot! It also really helps when i have guys like you in my corner! one thing that has really helped me this year was just make bodybuilding a lifestyle. there is no off season. I eat clean year around and train smart! things u have been telling me for years!! lol.

Thanks! thats the game plan! I understand it is hard and it takes time! Phil is the one that got my bodybuilding years ago. We trained together at his gym in NY. At the moment im in cali. right now trying to network myself! Getting to know the people in this sport is also very important!

hahahaha...seems very long ago! makes me want to get ready for a show now!

and i still do the same work out for squats!! i just do a lot more for my hammies now! i split them up! hammies one day quads the other! seems to work well for me! right now im just tryng to find ways to bring up my teare drop on my quads! hack squats seems to hit it best!
