thanks guys! I'm 6'5". I don't have a best lift, I'm pretty well rounded except for squatting which I suck at.
dead-haven't done a heavy single in a while best a year ago was 790. Recently pulled 495x18, 605x8, 705x3
power clean- 440
power snatch- 363
behind the neck push press 500x1
standing press 340x1, 275x5, 225x12 same workout.
best recent squat 600x2 (belt only) then 405x20 (no belt)
front squat 500x1, 405x12
Incline press 5 second pause 400 on 45 degree angle
Incline DB press 120s for 20 reps.
wed I did 10 sets of 10 chins with a variety of grips.
