hgh + actrapid times?

hi,friends in october i will run with hgh and actrapid slin cause my doctor give me actrapid but i know the best is humalog 15 mn to go to blood instead 30 mn so i would like to know how can i take actrapid with hgh (time between the both)?and if i train in the evening ,can i take actrapid post work out?thanks.
