starting to take hgh very interested in igf i see there is igf lr3 and igf2 lr3
ive been reading about it and it says igf2 helps igf1 so if i were to take HGH and wanted to add igf1 should i get igf2. how much more will igf2 help it or is it to much to take with hgh. the other thing is that i saw in another post on here that u should only take igf in short cycles like 4 weeks at a time with 4 weeks off, that u should not stay on it all the time. also if i were to take 5-6 ius a day of hgh then what take all 5-6 ius in the am and then the igf in the pm
