Alright guys, please, no one tell me to use the search button. I DID, and I find every possible answer to my question. I want to know how best to run my HGH.
I just finished a 4 month cutter with prop and tren. Basically am at day one of PCT, and ironically the HGH showed up. I plan on staying on indefinately, but need to know how to use it TODAY. I am also taking metformin, which BTW, has been awesome at really keeping me lean and keeping the fat off. I HAVE noticed a huge difference.
What I am thinking of doing is 2-4iu monring, and 2-4iu post workout. Not sure if I should perhaps throw in a 3rd lunchtime shot. I can if it will aid in fatloss or maintenance.
GOAL
1. Continue to lose bodyfat if possible.
2. More importantly, maintain muscle mass and vascularity over the next 3 months before my bulker. At that time I will go to the HGH post workout only around 10iu.
I am 30 yrs old, 220 lbs, 8%BF (approx), very sensitive to carbs, hence the metformin addtion.
