HGH frag 176 storage questions

I had some storing questions about HGH Frag 176.

I have read in some places that it can be stored for up to a year in a cool, dry, dark place; while others have said about a month and that storing it in the refrigerator is better. Which is true? If I store it in the refrigerator, how long will it last in there?

Once it has been reconstituted with Bac water, how long is it good for until it loses it's potency if it stored in the refrigerator and at what temperature?

I always store any peptides in the fridge wether or not they are still in powder form or not

ive heard that frag is one of the worst about losing potency quickly, ive heard after about 2 weeks, it starts to fall off fast
