Who has used this before?

I'm precontest now and would like the fat burning benefits from it. I was using some generic GH but I'm just so skeptical of it's legitimacy I'd rather switch.

(7.5 weeks out BTW, planning to take the plunge to Pharma GH after the show at 2.5-3.33 iu/daily)
 
The only thing it ever did for me was make me intensely crave fruit and make me super light headed. Pretty much ruined any workout if I used it pre-workout.
 
It works great if you stay fasted and use it properly. I would dose it in the morning and do fasted cardio 20 mintues later. I would try to stay fasted until noon.

That's basically my thought. My diet is carb backloaded as well so I figure it would also be beneficial to dose up until my pre-workout meal (first carb meal) around 4PM.
 
Just find a good sponsor on here and get some good GH.. along with the fat loss you reap other benefits associated with GH i.e. Better sleep, better skin etc...

why not just shoot it before cardio, then eat, pin before a workout, etc.
you don't burn a substantial amount of calories fasting

Well before a workout insulin wouldn't be low (preworkout meal having carbs, plus intraworkout) so the Frag wouldn't have the same impact.

Shooting before cardio for sure would be good though.

well thats if you eat carbs pre workout , I prefer carbs post workout if I am trying to get lean, if I had a choice to choose 1 or the other

I'm on my feet all day moving around so i benefit more than someone at a desk. I also dose it pre workout in the evening and a.m. cardio.
