HGH & IGF1 for HRT

I noticed on my last blood test that my blood sugar levels are inching up. I've been on 1.5iu HGH for years. I read that IGF1 helps increase insulin sensitivity which is reduced by HGH usage. What I can't find is any information with respect to HRT and my smaller dosages.

Anyone have any experience? How much IGF1 and should I be able to reduce my HGH level since the effects are synergistic?

With my hrt I use 1.5iu serostim/day and every 3-4 months I’ll switch to 6weeks of 20mcg Somedin igf-lr3. I don’t notice any changes feels very similar to the 1.5iu GH. Never checked glucose on it though.

Hmm, that's a different twist on it. Would certainly be easier than both at once.

A low dose metformin or something similar sounds like it would be a good option for you.

Old thread but I would look at hemoglobin A1c to evaluate if glucose is sustained at a high level. Other than that I would get a glucose meter and monitor to get a better view on what's happening. Then I would probably monitor and change diet as needed. Dropping carbs low for a sustained period will increase insulin sensitivity.
