if u have the extra $ laying around id say do it at a low dose for a long ass time, but id rather use the extra $ for food and supps and more juice
gh did nothing for me except tighten me up a little on a shitty diet
i used it when rehabbing my knee after HS, i think it did well there but as far as a drug used to powerlifting, i think its duty is relegated to post injury use
