...can you keep it, in the fridge before it need using? im thinking bout starting 2iu ed but if i have a 10iu vial and only sterile water will it be ok? thats all i can get from my needle exchange

If using bac water its good for around 10-14days, but with the sterile water that comes with some GH(like the kind that came with serostim) you should use it up within a few days max.
