hgh keep cold

how do you guys keep your hgh cold when you go to the gym. i was thinking of like an insulated cup. other ways besides refrig?

shaker cup... fill with ice and water... drop in your pin, drop in your gym bag.

Easy,

Load the dose in the pin and put the pin in a hard sunglasses case with one of those really small cold packs. The kind of cold pack with the gel inside that you can put in the fridge. No leaks, no mess and it will stay cold for 3-4 hours - no worries.
