I know the 3 times a week gh protocol has been discussed quite a bit. But i am trying to get some more info.

I have heard that the 3 times a week is as good or better than igf for muscle gains. How long does it take to notice the gains with this method and how much of the fatloss aspects do you really lose?

so maybe a 3mths 5 on 2 off and then 2 mths 3 times a week protocol would not be a bad idea to cycle from cutting to lean mass gains maybe?

I know you could always add igf. So i am just trying to educate myself here.

I think you feel gains a little bit quicker on the 3 day protocol but thats just my opinion...As far as it being better than IGF for muscle building, well I am not to sure of that...I would think IGF would get the edge there. As far as the fatloss, you still get it but only on 3 days per week instead of 5 or 7. So I would expect 3/5ths the fatloss of a regular gh cycle. Maybe even less if on a regular GH cycle you shoot twice per day. Hard to put exact numbers on it though
