I know the 3 times a week gh protocol has been discussed quite a bit. But i am trying to get some more info.
I have heard that the 3 times a week is as good or better than igf for muscle gains. How long does it take to notice the gains with this method and how much of the fatloss aspects do you really lose?
so maybe a 3mths 5 on 2 off and then 2 mths 3 times a week protocol would not be a bad idea to cycle from cutting to lean mass gains maybe?
I know you could always add igf. So i am just trying to educate myself here.
